The fiber arts is what Trembling Prairie Station has been about since 1995 when the Murray family named their farming operation. They started with a small flock of registered Angora goats, but their roots in fiber go further back than that. Although Roberta has a real passion for knitting lace, especially Shetland lace, she is equally passionate about Fair-Isle knitting. Really she's passionate for just about any kind of knitting. Hand Spinning.
Hand spinning natural fibres yarns and knitting them into textiles has become Roberta's passion in life. She is a Master Spinner graduating from Olds College Master Spinners program in 2007. Roberta writes about, and teaches, hand spinning. Read more.......

One of my passions is lace knitting. Whenever I'm in a slump I know it's because I haven't created a lace project in awhile. I love creating my own designs, and am happy to share those designs with you.
